Designing or renovating a bathroom can be a great way to give a new feel to your entire home, since the aesthetics of this space goes way beyond accessories and furniture pieces. Most of us start the day inside the bathroom: with a cold shower to wake up, or to do your skincare routine prior to the beginning of the day; let’s explore a few ways we can transform a bathroom.

Lighting is essential in a space where you do things like doing your makeup, your hair, your skincare routine, or the daily hygiene tasks such as washing your face and brushing your teeth. We love when clients opt for direct lighting from the mirror or the wall in front of them, since it does not create irregular shadows.

It may not seem like it, but storage space is a must inside a bathroom. There are many things that need to be near or in the bathroom, and when something doesn’t have a place to be, things can get messy. We like to design drawers below the sink for your everyday things, and lower ones for things you don’t need on a daily basis.

Colors are what truly compliments the entire bathroom. One of our favorite combinations is white countertops with wooden doors: it creates a warm, cozy space, yet it can be timeless and eclectic.
